How do I contact Qualified Address?

Do you provide postal address processing services for countries besides the United States?
Presently we only provide list services for US addresses. Our software will simply ignore any addresses
outside the United States when scrubbing and standardizing. We plan on releasing support for other
countries in the future.
- How do you keep your prices so low?
We are able to keep our prices lower than our competitors because all of our products and services are
available exclusively over the Internet. Most of our competitors provide their services only via desktop
software that you install on your personal computer or server. Since the data has to be updated monthly
or bi-monthly, you are paying to have the software mailed to you 6 to 12 times each year or risk losing
the ability to use some of the features of the software. Our services are available online, which means
that you have no software to install, never have to worry about updates (we do that for you), and don't
need any new hardware.
- How often do you update your software?
Depending on the type of data, we receive updates to our software either monthly or bi-monthly from
the USPS.
- How can I find out more about your company?
All the information available about our company is presented on the

- Who are your customers?
We have a wide variety of customers in our base including small and large businesses, non-profit
organizations, mailing houses, government agencies, and educational institutions.

- What software and hardware is required to use your products & services?
You need only an Internet connection that allows you to upload and download files
and a modern browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome).
No other software or hardware is required
to use our services and they are accessible with Mac, PCs, and Linux.
- Does your product use software that is installed to my computer?
No. The main benefit of Qualified Address is that all our
services and products are
available online.
That means that you will not have to wait for software to arrive in the mail, you won't have to worry about updating the software each month, and you won't have to invest in expensive hardware to use our services.
- Will I receive your software in the mail?
No. Our software is used online only.
That means that you will not have to wait for software to arrive in the mail,
you won't have to worry about updating the software each month, and you won't have to invest in expensive hardware to
use our services. They're much faster too, since they run on a server dedicated to the task of address list processing.
- Are your products CASS Certified™ by the USPS?
Qualified Address Certified Scrubbing™ is
CASS-Certified™ by the USPS®. If you process your list with this service you will receive PS Form 3553 CASS
Summary Report and your list will be able to qualify for an automation discount.
- How secure are your services? Will you keep my address list?
Qualified Address is committed to data security--our business depends on it. When you send us your data,
we recognize that it continues to belong to you and your company. When you are finished with our services,
simply click the link to delete your list, which will then securely erase your data from our servers.

- What is the turnaround time for Qualified Address Scrubbing?
The turnaround time depends on the number and size of the address lists currently in the queue, but in most
cases you can expect to have your list returned within a few minutes--usually about five minutes.
- What file formats does Qualified Address Scrubbing support?
Qualified Address Scrubbing products can process files that are in the following formats: Tab-Delimited,
Comma-Delimited (CSV), Microsoft Access 2003 (or earlier), Microsoft Excel 2003 (or earlier), Custom-delimited.
- Will you return the non-address information, such as ID numbers, that I submit?
Yes. Our software will append updated address information to your current list and return all columns
submitted with your processed file. When uploading your file, make sure to match any non-address fields you'd
like to include in the finished file to the "other" option.

- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or check
- How do I pay by check or money order?
If you would like to pay by check or money order, you will need to send a purchase order to our accounting department.
Once we receive the purchase order, we will send out an invoice. Please send checks to the address found on the
contact us page. Because of the nature of our
products, services will not be available until payment is received and processed. If you need to receive access to your
services immediately we recommend paying via a credit card on our website.
- How do I receive a refund?
Because of the nature of our services we do not offer refunds to customers. If you were not satisfied with our
services for any reason, please contact our customer
support department. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied.

Please leave your name, account email address, phone number, the best time to reach you, and any details
that would assist our support team with troubleshooting your issue. We will respond as soon as we have an
answer to your question.
- How do I upload a list for processing?
Detailed instructions doing this are found in the
user's guide
for your product.
- How do I assign services to my uploaded address list?
Once you have uploaded your list, you can assign services to the list by visiting the List Management Center
in your account and selecting the list you'd like to submit for processing. Then, check the box next to
the services you'd like performed on the list and click "Submit."
- How do I download my list when it is ready?
You can download your list by visiting your List Management Center and clicking on "Download"
next to the list you would like to download. If no download link is available, then the list has either
not been processed or is currently being processed.
- How will I know when my list is ready to be downloaded?
You will receive an email at your account email address when your list is ready to be downloaded. It should
take only minutes at maximum.

many services and features on our website.

- Can you mail me my processed list?
We do not mail out copies of your processed list via postal mail. Processed lists are available for
immediate download by logging into your account.
- How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by visiting this
password recovery page
and entering your email address.
You will receive an email with a "password reset token" that you can use to enter a new password.
- Could you email me my password?
As a security precaution, your passwords are one-way encrypted--hashed--and cannot be recovered. If you never received
your password after creating an account, we recommend first checking your 'bulk email' or 'spam' folder.
You can also create a new password by visiting the password recovery page
and entering your email address.
You will then receive an email with a "password reset token" that you can use to enter a new password.
